We are currently seeking a full-time Custodian for our operations. The primary responsibility of this role involves ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and disposing of waste materials.
  • Operating compaction machinery and other heavy-duty equipment.
  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks.
  • Executing additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications for Success:
  • High School Diploma or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks typical of warehouse roles, including bending, reaching, standing, and lifting/carrying items weighing up to 70 pounds (or more) repeatedly throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Capability to manage stress in a dynamic, fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Willingness to learn to operate powered industrial equipment.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience operating a floor scrubber is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of excellent attendance.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
