Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pactiv Evergreen - North America. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing electrical and electronics support to our manufacturing facility to maximize safety, quality, and production uptime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide electrical and electronics support to the manufacturing facility
  • Maximize safety, quality, and production uptime
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment
  • Identify and eliminate root causes of electrical problems
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve electrical issues
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans to prevent downtime
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share technical knowledge and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair
  • Knowledge of electrical safety, LOTO, PPE, and arc flash ratings and boundaries
  • Ability to work in a lean organization and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with industrial automation equipment and CNC machines
  • Knowledge of PLC systems, VFDs, and servo drives
  • Experience with electrical design and installation
  • Certifications in electrical safety and maintenance
