Branch Banking Client Advisor II

Position Overview:
The Licensed Client Consultant for Branch Banking plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and comprehensive product insights to address the financial requirements of clients. This position emphasizes client relationship management, retention strategies, and connecting clients with additional bank resources for enhanced support. Responsibilities include managing lending processes, facilitating basic investment discussions, and engaging in in-depth banking dialogues with clients.
- Sales Objectives: Collaborate with the team to meet growth targets in financial outcomes and attract new clientele. Assist in introducing clients to the right team members to ensure effective sales strategies.
- Client Satisfaction: Address client inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly to guarantee a favorable customer experience. Achieve designated behavioral activity targets established by Retail Leadership.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Execute all transactions with precision and adherence to regulations to mitigate potential losses.
- Participate in special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards at all times.
- Meet sales and referral objectives through meaningful conversations and scheduled appointments. Provide tailored financial guidance to clients and make suitable referrals.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 4-5 years in customer service and sales, ideally within the financial services sector
- Licenses: NMLS registration, Life and Health Insurance, FINRA SIE, Series 6, Series 63 or 66
- Preferred: Background in financial services and familiarity with digital products
