Position Overview

As a Financial Services Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their financial needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients both in-person and over the phone to assess their financial needs through meaningful conversations.

  • Educate clients on various financial products and digital solutions that can enhance their financial well-being.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to refer clients to specialists for complex financial matters.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven sales abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with prior sales or customer service experience.
