The Licensed Client Consultant for Branch Banking plays a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service and comprehensive product insights to fulfill the financial requirements of clients. This position emphasizes client management, retention strategies, and connecting clients with other bank professionals for enhanced support. Responsibilities include managing lending processes, engaging in fundamental investment discussions, and navigating intricate banking dialogues with clients.
- Sales Objectives: Collaborate with the team to meet growth targets in financial performance and attract new clientele. Ensure effective client introductions to relevant team members to facilitate successful sales efforts.
- Client Satisfaction: Address client inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly to guarantee a positive experience. Achieve the behavioral activity goals established by Retail Leadership.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Execute all transactions with precision and adherence to regulations to mitigate potential losses.
- Engage in special projects and additional responsibilities as required. Maintain compliance with regulatory policies at all times.
- Meet sales and referral objectives through meaningful conversations and scheduled appointments. Provide tailored financial guidance to clients and make suitable referrals.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 4-5 years in customer service and sales, ideally within the financial services sector
- Licenses: NMLS registration, Life and Health Insurance, FINRA SIE, Series 6, Series 63 or 66
- Preferred: Background in financial services and familiarity with digital products
