Strategic Partner Relations Manager

As a Strategic Partner Relations Manager at Mumo Systems, you will be instrumental in fostering and enhancing our alliances within the Atlassian ecosystem.

Your main objective will be to oversee our connections with significant Atlassian stakeholders, optimizing avenues for license and service lead generation, while ensuring adherence to Atlassian partnership standards.

Moreover, you will manage our collaborations with Marketplace application partners and lead the creation of a partner program designed to recruit and engage additional Atlassian partners for the promotion of our proprietary Marketplace applications.


Responsibilities:
Atlassian Partnership Oversight:
Build and sustain relationships with key Atlassian stakeholders.
Recognize and leverage opportunities to generate leads for licenses and services.
Guarantee compliance with Atlassian partnership standards and maximize partner advantages within our organization.
Keep the team updated on Atlassian news, opportunities, marketing resources, and benefits.

Marketplace Partner Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison for Marketplace application partners.
Facilitate mutual benefit realization and ensure partner requirements are fulfilled.
Keep the team informed about developments and opportunities within the Atlassian Marketplace.

Partner Program Development:
Design and execute a partner program for Mumo Systems.
Recruit and engage additional Atlassian partners to enhance awareness, enablement, and marketing of our proprietary Marketplace applications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in partnership management, preferably within the Atlassian ecosystem.
Strong comprehension of Atlassian products, partnerships, and the Marketplace.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
Results-driven with a focus on fostering mutual benefits for partners.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in partner management or a related role.
