  • Manage and retain existing residential accounts by understanding their evolving needs and expectations.
  • Prospect and secure new business through warm leads, outreach, and cold calling.
  • Sell landscape and lawncare services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs and budget constraints.
  • Ensure accurate estimate measurements and analysis.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address client feedback, and offer recommendations for improvement or additional services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years field experience in landscape or lawn maintenance services.
  • Prefer two years in landscape or lawn service sales or project management.
  • Knowledge of landscaping principles, materials, and techniques preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in the use of technology.
  • High degree of honesty, perseverance, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Collaborate well with other team members.
  • Valid Driver's License.
