Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain existing residential accounts by understanding their evolving needs and expectations.
- Prospect and secure new business through warm leads, outreach, and cold calling.
- Sell landscape and lawncare services to existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs and budget constraints.
- Ensure accurate estimate measurements and analysis.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address client feedback, and offer recommendations for improvement or additional services.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years field experience in landscape or lawn maintenance services.
- Prefer two years in landscape or lawn service sales or project management.
- Knowledge of landscaping principles, materials, and techniques preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in the use of technology.
- High degree of honesty, perseverance, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Collaborate well with other team members.
- Valid Driver's License.
