Job Title: Account Manager

At Belt Power LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate and engage with internal and external customers to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Process quotes, orders, returns, and purchasing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Estimate delivery dates and manage multiple priorities to meet customer expectations.
  • Review open order reports daily to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Issue and follow up on purchase orders to vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, inventory, market conditions, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work closely with outside sales, operations, and accounting teams to achieve business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Work Environment:

This role operates in a clerical office setting, requiring the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform other physical demands as necessary.

Pay Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
