Job Title: Account Manager

At MarketLab, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating higher volume sales from existing customers through effective use of relationship-based selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound phone calls to existing customers to establish relationships and qualify their needs.
  • Strengthen customer loyalty by leveraging value-added services and relationships.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers, including orders, quotes, returns, and customer issues.
  • Work with vendors and product development teams to source customer product requests.
  • Prepare and present quotations to customers, establishing pricing based on profit margin guidelines.
  • Validate customer contact information and stay informed of new products and services.
  • Troubleshoot problems regarding established customer accounts and coordinate complaints.
  • Work with the marketing team to share industry insights and implement marketing campaigns.
Requirements:

  • Ability to work in an office-based sales environment with up to 30% travel.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective sales strategies.
