Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Project Manager for Temperature Control Systems. This role is pivotal in overseeing the installation and commissioning of our Temperature Control systems. You will be tasked with coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle, including Engineering, Programming, Material Procurement, Installation, and Project Closeout, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a tailored implementation strategy for control systems based on client requirements.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Establish a clear action plan for each assigned project.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with client representatives, other contractors on-site, and internal support teams.
  • Maintain project savings that meet or exceed estimated budgets.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of control specialists, installers, engineers, programmers, and administrative staff for each project.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial HVAC or control system installations.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and hydronic principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a self-driven approach to work.
  • Able to navigate various challenges that may arise during installation processes.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision.
