• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers and make informed sales recommendations.

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and processing merchandise, replenishing stock, and performing visual merchandising tasks.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handle customer payments, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.

• Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals, implement visual merchandising plans, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by store management, including participating in inventory management, maintaining store displays, and supporting special events and promotions.

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise up to 60 pounds, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
