POSITION SUMMARY: The Retail Operations Leader is responsible for fostering a customer-centric and product-oriented sales environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage payroll and supply budgets, and supervise essential operational tasks such as scheduling, inventory audits, and financial reporting.
  • Compliance and Training: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and company policies; conduct training to reinforce compliance and operational controls.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment that reflects the brand's identity.
  • Team Development: Cultivate a high-performance culture by motivating the sales team to achieve sales and productivity targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Model and promote exceptional customer service standards, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.
  • Talent Management: Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team while focusing on ongoing talent development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record in customer service and sales leadership.
  • Ability to adapt to technology and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of apparel products and strong organizational skills.
  • Commitment to community involvement and outreach.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs, and frequent climbing.
