Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our channel development and management efforts in the US market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a network of agents and distributors across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Development & Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel development strategy to ensure market coverage and drive sales growth.
  • Leverage Existing Resources: Utilize your existing industry contacts to quickly penetrate the market and establish a strong presence.
  • Sales Team Building: Assist in the recruitment and management of a sales team to ensure each region achieves its sales goals and agent development plans.
  • Market Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fostering long-term partnerships and effectively managing key accounts.
  • Business Expansion: Drive collaboration between the company and distributors to open new business channels and expand market reach.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of sales or management experience in the building materials sector, particularly in wall panels or shower base products.
  • Channel Resources: A well-established network of distributors and client resources capable of driving immediate sales network growth.
  • Team Management: Proven experience in building and managing a sales team with strong leadership skills to motivate and achieve targets.
  • Market Acumen: In-depth knowledge of the US building materials market, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies tailored to different regions.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of building strong relationships with clients and business partners at all levels.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Able to adapt to varying market needs across different states and adjust sales plans accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with well-known building materials brands or distributors, with a proven track record of developing agent or distributor networks in the US.
  • Strong industry connections and the ability to foster partnerships quickly.
  • Strategic thinking and resource integration capabilities, bringing long-term value to the company.
