Job Title: Director - Digital Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to lead our Digital Marketing team and drive forward our digital strategy. As Director - Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and their behavior, and use this knowledge to inform our digital marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our digital marketing efforts.
  • Manage and optimize our digital marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to inform digital marketing strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing leadership.
  • Experience with digital marketing automation platforms and tools.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics and data analysis.
