Job Overview
The Regional Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in aligning personnel, products, clients, and resources within JX Enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure precise and organized documentation management.
- Facilitate all pre-delivery documentation and oversee the completion of sales transactions efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory assessments across various locations.
- Oversee inventory management, including tracking items in transit.
- Assist in the delivery of equipment to clients.
- Promote the diverse offerings of the organization, including new and pre-owned trucks, parts, services, financing, insurance, rentals, and leasing options.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A 2-year Associate Degree in Business or a related Sales field, or a High School diploma accompanied by 3+ years of direct sales experience in truck or heavy-duty equipment.
- Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- A professional appearance and demeanor that fosters a positive impression with customers.
- A valid driver's license; a CDL is preferred.
Experience and Training
Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in the truck or heavy-duty equipment sector.
Work Environment
This position typically operates in a standard office environment, with moderate noise levels that may increase in shop areas.
