Job Description

At CUP Acquisition LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing our geographic territory, creating a robust pipeline of new business, and providing solutions to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales annually with new and existing accounts by introducing new product and service solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new sales with existing and new accounts.
  • Adhere to established company opportunity filters.
  • Advocate for the customer while delivering a wide range of actions and results for the company.
  • Closing sales by building relationships with existing and potential new accounts at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience required; a suitable combination of education and experience will also be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in business/engineering preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrated success with managing and growing geographical territories.
  • Experience in the plastic processing industry preferred, however other process-based, conversion industry experience will be taken into consideration.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
  • The noise level in our work environment is moderate.
  • Safety glasses, hearing protection and closed-toe shoes must be worn on the production floor.
  • Travel required up to 50% of the time.
