Regional Sales Representative

At CUP Acquisition LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing our geographic territory, creating a robust pipeline of new business, and providing solutions to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales annually with new and existing accounts by introducing new product and service solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new sales with existing and new accounts.
- Adhere to established company opportunity filters.
- Advocate for the customer while delivering a wide range of actions and results for the company.
- Closing sales by building relationships with existing and potential new accounts at all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience required; a suitable combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in business/engineering preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated success with managing and growing geographical territories.
- Experience in the plastic processing industry preferred, however other process-based, conversion industry experience will be taken into consideration.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
- The noise level in our work environment is moderate.
- Safety glasses, hearing protection and closed-toe shoes must be worn on the production floor.
- Travel required up to 50% of the time.
