Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Broker Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role will be vital in building broker relationships, establishing a business relationship with insurance brokers and prospective customers, and achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and executives through confident communication and negotiation.
- Preparing and presenting professional proposals detailing products, services, and options to meet customer needs.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling existing clients.
- Maintaining contact with existing customers to continue the business relationship and provide exceptional customer service.
- Performing general administrative support of the sales team, including answering phone calls, preparing presentation material, and conducting research.
- Experience in employee benefits with a solid working knowledge of self-funded insurance plans and medical stop-loss captives.
- Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in using Hubspot is a plus.
- Excellent presentation writing and storytelling abilities, along with exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- A college degree in marketing, business, or education is preferred, along with experience in marketing service-related products.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with various departments, with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
