Federal Sales Representative with Strong Business Development Skills

Job OverviewThe Federal Account Executive plays a critical role in driving business growth within the federal government sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing profitable new account relationships with small town rural 5G federal government institutions, leveraging your experience in handling complex accounts to build trust and credibility with clients at the senior management level. You will travel regularly to assigned military bases within a territory to meet with existing and prospective clients, exercising a high level of judgment and decision-making authority to generate significant growth in the federal business segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to identify and solicit new business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services.
- Travel up to 40% of the time to meet with existing and prospective clients, making sales presentations and building relationships to drive new business growth.
- Collaborate with internal partners to build a successful network of internal advocates to support continuity and growth within the Public Sector.
- Establish and maintain positive public relationships within the community to enhance the organization's image and promote new business.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of sales experience in an acquisition capacity required; previous sales/relationship management and RFPs/RFQs within the Federal space preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills, with the ability to creatively resolve complex problems.

The estimated total target cash pay range for this position is $104,400 - $188,400, inclusive of target incentives. The base pay range is $73,080 - $131,880, with actual pay determined by factors such as work location, qualifications, and experience.
