Insurance Sales Agent Career Development

About UsWe specialize in rental property insurance for landlords, aiming to become the world's best and largest insurer. Our mission is to deliver fast, affordable insurance and pay claims quickly and fairly. We hire exceptional individuals who share our vision and values.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive total compensation package, ranging from $80,000 to $175,000, with no cap on commission earnings. This includes a higher-than-industry-standard base salary, equity in the company, and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401K, and paid time off.
Your Role- You'll handle inside sales for customers seeking coverage for their rental properties.
- You'll convert incoming leads by rapidly responding to customers requesting quotes on our site.
- You'll respond to customer sales requests primarily through phone, leveraging SMS and email.
- You'll be agile and adapt to new technologies as we refine our processes and workflows.
- Experience: You must have at least two years of experience as a high-performing sales producer, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Digital Skills: You should possess above-average computer skills and be able to adapt to new technology quickly.
- Hustle Mindset: You're driven by a love of sales and are competitive, knowing how to hustle to get things done quickly for your customer.
- Self-Driven: You're disciplined and comfortable executing tasks daily without being told what to do.
- Ambitious: You're willing to work beyond traditional hours to achieve your goals.
- You must successfully complete your state's Property & Casualty licensing exam.
- We'll reimburse you for study materials and one exam attempt upon successful completion.
- We'll handle securing your non-resident licenses.
