Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite sales support and participate in monthly family meetings.
- Support the training and development of new employees, implementing initiatives to improve community efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review bills and statements, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Network with external referral sources, such as hospitals and rehabilitation centers.
- Qualify prospects financially through credit reports and bank statements.
- Review occupancy levels and staffing requirements.
- Assist in the hiring and recruitment processes.
- Handle resident and family grievances in a fair and compassionate manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, or Business.
