We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our growth initiatives and drive new business acquisitions for Octagon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue, including sales, marketing, and product development
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure successful growth and development
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, preferably in the sports and entertainment industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
What We Offer
