Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue, including sales, marketing, and product development
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives
- Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure successful growth and development
- 6+ years of experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, preferably in the sports and entertainment industry
- Proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
