Genesis10 is actively seeking a skilled Agile Release Coordinator to join our esteemed client in the financial sector. This role is designed for individuals with a robust background in agile methodologies and release management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate planning readiness and ensure strategic alignment within the organization.
  • Prepare leadership and teams for successful planning events, ensuring content readiness.
  • Oversee logistics for planning events, including technology and tools for remote participation.
  • Optimize the flow of epics and features, delivering value through a complex Agile Release Train.
  • Lead Solution Train ceremonies, manage dependencies, and report on the health of epic and feature delivery.
  • Promote agile principles and foster a coaching culture within teams.
  • Quickly resolve impediments to delivery, protect the team from disruptions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience in technology, with a strong foundation as a hands-on Scrum Master.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in agile coaching and a solid understanding of Lean Agile SDLC processes.
  • Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Proven ability to educate management at all levels within the agile framework.
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong process focus.
  • Accountable for meeting deliverable deadlines.
  • Ability to cultivate collaboration among team members and assist in problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
