The Credit Risk Management Supervisor will be responsible for managing the entire lending process, from initial application to final approval or denial. This role involves analyzing credit data and financial statements to assess the risk associated with lending decisions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the workflow of the lending process and ensure all necessary information is collected for analysis.
  • Address any deficiencies in loan packages and prioritize tasks to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations while ensuring adherence to internal policies.
  • Develop and implement training programs for credit analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports that detail the risk involved in lending and present findings to the loan committee.
  • Evaluate customer financial records and recommend appropriate payment plans based on their financial history.
  • Conduct performance assessments and manage personnel-related duties within the credit department.

Qualifications:

A degree in Finance or Accounting is required, along with a minimum of five years of experience in credit analysis or a related field. Management experience is preferred.
