Position Title: Human Resources Associate

Position Summary

This role is integral to the human resources department, focusing on administrative tasks that support HR operations efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include managing personnel records, overseeing onboarding processes for new hires, and facilitating internal employee transitions.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the integrity of the HR filing system.
  • Prepare and send corrective action documents for necessary signatures.
  • Oversee employee transfers and title changes within the department.
Filing & Record Keeping
  • Create and organize employee files, ensuring all personnel documents are properly filed.
  • Maintain historical HR records in an organized manner.
  • Administer workplace notices and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  • Assist the HR team with various administrative projects.
Employee Onboarding and Separation
  • Manage the hiring process, including background checks and preparation of new hire documentation.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for employee separations.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Continuously seek improvements in HR processes.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by management.
  • Maintain ethical standards and effective communication within the workplace.
  • Adhere to all company policies and maintain a safe working environment.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • High School Diploma with at least one year of experience in HR administration or related fields preferred.

Physical Demands
