Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Bronwick LLC in the stone countertop industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the commercial and multifamily arena. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our client base while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Utilize existing industry contacts and networks to identify and acquire new clients in the commercial and multifamily market.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors in the commercial and multifamily arena.
  • Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Consistently follow up on leads to drive conversions and meet sales goals.
  • Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our stone countertop products, including materials, finishes, and customization options.
  • Provide Consultative Guidance: Offer solutions tailored to clients' specific needs and preferences.
  • Quoting and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements and budget constraints.
  • Negotiate Pricing and Terms: Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable contracts while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities in the commercial and multifamily market.
  • Analyze Competitor Pricing: Analyze competitor pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the stone countertop industry.
  • Existing book of business and strong relationships within the commercial and multifamily market.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Knowledge of stone countertop materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
