We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Bronwick LLC in the stone countertop industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the commercial and multifamily arena. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our client base while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Utilize existing industry contacts and networks to identify and acquire new clients in the commercial and multifamily market.
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors in the commercial and multifamily arena.
- Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Consistently follow up on leads to drive conversions and meet sales goals.
- Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our stone countertop products, including materials, finishes, and customization options.
- Provide Consultative Guidance: Offer solutions tailored to clients' specific needs and preferences.
- Quoting and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements and budget constraints.
- Negotiate Pricing and Terms: Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable contracts while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities in the commercial and multifamily market.
- Analyze Competitor Pricing: Analyze competitor pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the stone countertop industry.
- Existing book of business and strong relationships within the commercial and multifamily market.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to sales.
- Knowledge of stone countertop materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
