Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion across a portfolio of strategic sellers.
- Collaborate with senior executives and leaders to build strong relationships and drive business results.
- Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting seller business performance and implement corrective actions.
- Lead annual and quarterly business planning and performance tracking for strategic sellers.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize offer quality, drive adoption of seller services, and develop strategic marketing plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class customer and seller experiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, business management, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leadership and taking ownership to produce exceptional results.
- Strong business acumen, digital literacy, and analytics skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business management, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with sellers, suppliers, or vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
