About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at PR Financial. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and providing exceptional customer service to our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate new customers' insurance needs and create tailored solutions to exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new business and expand our customer base.
  • Process insurance claims and ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date.
  • Maintain accurate databases, records, and bookkeeping.
  • Provide warm and professional customer service to onboard new clients and maintain existing relationships.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Client service experience as a sales representative is a plus.
  • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to obtain an insurance license in the applicable state.
  • Great work ethic with a willingness to be coachable.
