As a Guest Services Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the welcoming face of the hotel throughout the guest experience, from arrival to departure
  • Addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism

Key Qualifications

As a Guest Services Representative at Biltmore Farms, you will be more than just a friendly face; you will create the first impression for our guests regarding our hotel and the surrounding area. Teamwork is essential for success in this role, and your ability to work collaboratively will be crucial. This position demands tact, diplomacy, and a calm demeanor.

Education & Experience Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the primary languages used in the workplace is essential. Familiarity with the languages spoken by guests is also necessary. Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

Maintain professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues. Ability to identify issues and analyze information effectively. Strong mathematical skills for quick problem-solving. Focus and concentration are critical while performing tasks. Capability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Anticipate guest needs and respond appropriately to their actions and reactions.
