As a Guest Services Representative at Biltmore Farms, you embody more than just a welcoming presence; you are the initial impression our guests receive of our establishment and the surrounding area. Teamwork is essential to your success, as we collectively strive to treat our guests like family. This role demands tact, diplomacy, grace, and patience.
Qualifications & Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency in the primary language(s) used in the workplace is essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
Skills
Maintain professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues. Ability to identify issues and analyze information effectively. Strong mathematical skills for quick problem-solving. Capacity to concentrate and avoid distractions while performing tasks. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Anticipate guest needs and be aware of others' actions and reactions.
