- Positive Interactions: Maintain and foster positive relationships with guests throughout their stay.
- Knowledge Maintenance: Stay informed about hotel amenities, room pricing, occupancy levels, and daily events.
- Financial Accuracy: Manage an assigned cash bank and ensure the precision of all monetary transactions.
- Check-in and Check-out Assistance: Facilitate smooth guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Efficient Inquiry Handling: Address guest inquiries and requests with efficiency and professionalism.
- Communication: Relay important guest information to the appropriate departments to enhance service delivery.
- Educational Requirement: A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of one year in a comparable hotel role is required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency is essential for this position.
