Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Bigbelly is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Pacific Northwest region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including municipalities, universities, and enterprise accounts
  • Conduct sales calls, demonstrations, and presentations to executive and mid-level decision makers
  • Manage and maintain a high-value pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales and account management experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office and Salesforce.com experience
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team setting
  • Prior selling experience to municipalities and universities is a plus
