Job Summary:

PTS Advance is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with key decision-makers in the industrial, utility, power, and energy industries.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in the region.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

* Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of success.
* Strong understanding of the electrical needs of industrial, utility, power, and energy industries.
* Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or an extensive job history within the industry.
* Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
