About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at FIS Global. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our industry-leading solutions to Regional and Community banks, helping them improve their product offerings and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell products and/or services to identified key accounts
  • Develop and maintain a network of prospects and clients
  • Initiate contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services
  • Work as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and provide solutions to clients
  • Negotiate and close deals that meet customer expectations and FIS's ability to deliver
  • Assist in the development of sales plans and strategies
  • Meet sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Experience selling payments solutions into Regional and Community banks
  • Good understanding of FIS products and services
  • General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills
  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
