Regional Sales Director

Apree Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Western Washington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients in the employer market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and value-based care models. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our business goals, as well as building and managing a pipeline of qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in the employer market
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide visibility into opportunities and pipeline
- Stay up-to-date on market dynamics and competitive intelligence
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare and/or healthcare technology and services
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and value-based care models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze health data and effectively communicate root care drivers and strategies
- Relentless pursuit of beating our competition and driving customer value
