Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Specialist to join our team at Wurth USA. As a Regional Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent coverage within your assigned region, including sales and inventory management. You will also be responsible for promoting key programs and systems, such as ORSY, Vending, and Fluids & Flushes, throughout your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Ensure consistent coverage within your assigned region, including sales and inventory management.
  • Program Promotion: Promote key programs and systems, such as ORSY, Vending, and Fluids & Flushes, throughout your assigned region.
  • Adaptability: Adapt your work schedule to ensure all customers are covered, including those with reps on vacation, extended illnesses, or open territories.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional responsibilities as requested to make a successful contribution to the region and/or company.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience successfully executing a route sales process, such as SpeedyRouting.
  • Computer Skills: Familiarity and skills in computer system operations specific to iPad-based SpeedyRouting.
  • Database Analysis: Proven ability to pull and analyze large databases in Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and customer management skills.
  • Product Knowledge: Product and sales training.
  • Time Management: Demonstrated time management.
  • System Sales: Successful execution of systems sales, such as ORSY, SIS, or Flushes.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Education: High School Graduate (college degree preferred).
