Position Overview

Join our dynamic HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional talent across various departments within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job advertisements, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Candidate Attraction: Leverage multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals) to attract a diverse array of qualified candidates.
  • Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our employer brand, ensuring alignment with our company culture and values.
  • Candidate Journey: Provide a positive and seamless experience for all candidates, from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and offer guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is essential.
  • Experience in managing all phases of the recruitment process in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for high-demand roles in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities with effective negotiation skills.
  • Capability to devise and implement sourcing strategies for various roles within the industry.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong initiative.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with hiring regulations and best practices.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
