  • Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process, which includes managing job advertisements, evaluating resumes, conducting preliminary phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and extending offers to chosen candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to recommend suitable candidates and negotiate terms with applicants.
  • Guide hiring teams on recruitment policies, compliance standards, diversity initiatives, and effective interviewing strategies. Provide necessary training to hiring managers and their teams.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with educational institutions and organizations to enhance recruitment efforts that align with diverse talent requirements and corporate values.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Coordinator to ensure a seamless transition during post-offer activities.
  • Maintain detailed applicant tracking activities within the Workday system for salaried roles.
  • Manage the complete recruitment process for the Internship Program.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Culture and Engagement initiatives for all employees.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment is essential.
  • HR certification or an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience in recruiting for manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
  • Background as a Human Resources Generalist is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with the Workday platform is preferred.
  • Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is necessary.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate empathy.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
