Job Overview

Acts as a representative of the University in the recruitment of new students and engages in the assessment of applicants. Participates in various recruitment activities and initiatives, both locally and nationally.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Oversees and manages recruitment and enrollment strategies for all academic programs within the assigned department.
  • Develops and executes plans to attract a diverse range of potential applicants.
  • Communicates and interacts with prospective students, applicants, advisors, and others seeking information regarding admissions criteria, academic offerings, and student engagement, adhering to established protocols.
  • Evaluates student eligibility for assigned programs and addresses complex issues as needed.
  • Travels for recruitment initiatives, including conducting informational sessions and representing the University at college fairs and conferences.
  • Supports prospective students throughout the enrollment process with the aim of facilitating their application and enrollment in designated programs.
  • Conducts informational meetings and campus tours for prospective students and their families.
  • Monitors applicant progress and maintains a comprehensive understanding of the enrollment pipeline for each assigned program.
  • Maintains communication records and tracks challenges via the prospective student database.
  • Coordinates and participates in recruitment events organized by academic programs.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
