Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
- Preferred experience of two to four years managing all phases of recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for high-demand roles within a manufacturing setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation abilities.
- Capability to devise and implement sourcing strategies for various roles within the industry.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with hiring laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
