Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job advertisements, candidate sourcing, resume evaluation, interview facilitation, and offer negotiations.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage various platforms (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals) to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance and promote our employer brand, ensuring alignment with our organizational culture and values.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and seamless experience for all candidates, from initial engagement through the onboarding process.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and offer guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
  • Preferred experience of two to four years managing all phases of recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for high-demand roles within a manufacturing setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to devise and implement sourcing strategies for various roles within the industry.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with hiring laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
