About the Role

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technological direction. The ideal candidate will possess a deep well of knowledge, a proven track record of hands-on problem-solving, and exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a tech visionary who can craft and execute a compelling technology strategy, inspire teams, and foster strong relationships both within and outside the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the company's technology strategy and roadmap
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of robotic systems and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Robotics
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial robotics, hardware, software, data, and product development, with a proven track record of leadership in senior technical roles
  • Demonstrated experience in senior technical positions such as CTO, Distinguished Engineer, Director of R&D, or Principal Engineer
  • Proven expertise in taking a hardware startup from prototype development through MVP launch and successfully scaling it for market impact
