About the Role
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technological direction. The ideal candidate will possess a deep well of knowledge, a proven track record of hands-on problem-solving, and exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a tech visionary who can craft and execute a compelling technology strategy, inspire teams, and foster strong relationships both within and outside the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
- Drive the development and launch of innovative robotic solutions.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to make strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- An advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Robotics.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial robotics, hardware, software, data, and product development, with a proven track record of leadership in senior technical roles.
- Demonstrated experience in senior technical positions such as CTO, Distinguished Engineer, Director of R&D, or Principal Engineer.
- Proven expertise in taking a hardware startup from prototype development through MVP launch and successfully scaling it for market impact.
