Position Overview:

The Office Manager is an essential role within our organization, focusing on delivering exceptional administrative support and operational efficiency.

Compensation:
$17 per hour

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday

Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Proficiency in office technology and the ability to compile and maintain statistical data is essential.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive clerical support and assist with data intake processes.
  • Collect and maintain program data and inventory records.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform all job duties with the utmost professionalism and ethical standards.
