Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at States HR CO LLC. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our visitors and clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage office administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, handling mail and packages, and maintaining accurate and organized records and files.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize Google Suite to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, and operate office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
  • Communication: Maintain strong communication and organizational skills, ensuring seamless interactions with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for our visitors and clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets, and ability to operate office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and organized records and files.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift, day shift, and morning shift. The work location is in person.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour.
