Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Stan McNabb Chevy Cadillac of Columbia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional product knowledge, and meeting or exceeding sales performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and answering questions
  • Build strong rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales objectives
Requirements:
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
