Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and train a team of outside sales representatives in various locations across the US.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to ensure sales team performance.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing B2B and residential sales teams.
