Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries and engage customers through various digital channels.
  • Qualify and nurture leads to generate appointments.
  • Provide accurate product information and address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow up with potential customers to maintain interest and drive sales.
