Automotive Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and mentoring our sales team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on sales strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on driving sales growth and team performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
