Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Automotive Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Stan McNabb Chevrolet Cadillac of Columbia. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert knowledge of our Chevrolet and Cadillac products, highlighting their features and benefits to customers.
  • Build rapport with customers to establish trust and confidence in our dealership.
  • Meet and exceed sales performance goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in sales software.
  • A self-motivated and driven individual with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Prior experience working with customers and providing exceptional customer service is essential.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
