The PositionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed, learn, and grow a new and established territory to the next level. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our corporate culture, mission, and vision within the Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma regional territory. You will be actively engaged in direct customer sales, developing customer relationships, and staying knowledgeable about the territory's overall business environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve consistent growth and exceed sales targets.
- Provide integrated solutions to customers, identifying opportunities through problem-solving and building strong relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, manufacturers, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Participate in professional sales and product training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Proven track record of sales growth, sales plan development, and achievement of sales targets.
- Associates degree or 3 years of minimum B2B sales experience.
- Experience in providing integrated solutions to achieve customer process objectives.
- Engineering or sales experience with valves, valve automation, instrumentation, or steam specialties.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in written form.
- Valid and verifiable driver's license and record. Must be able to fulfill requirements of Company Fleet Policy.
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, training, and safety clearances.
