Technical Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Client Support Specialist to join our team at Real Time Technologies, LLC. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to clients via various communication channels, including remote desktop support.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, using problem-solving skills and technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer experience.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing technical environments and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
- Education: High school degree or equivalent, with a focus on technical education or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in PC hardware, software, and networking.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of PCs, operating systems, networking, and applications, with experience in remote desktop software and ticketing systems.
- Soft Skills: Proven problem-solving ability, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
